In Systems, we will be discussing how you can use technology to automate your business and make it virtually run itself. We will also discuss data safety and what it means to be HIPAA compliant. This track is very condensed compared to Physical Presence and especially Online Presence, but the information is valuable all the same.

Welcome to the Systems Learning Track!

Module 1 – Online Infrastructure:

This is a short but necessary section. You need to pick some of the service providers that will later be used when creating your website/online presence. In this first module we will cover Password Management, DNS Registration, Web Hosting, and Business Email Hosting.

Module 2 – Business Communications:

In the second module we will discuss setting up all the systems necessary for communication with both your clients and other professionals. We will cover email, phone, fax, and text messaging systems all while keeping HIPAA compliance in mind.


Module 3 – Bookkeeping:

In module three of Systems, we will cover tracking income, expenses, and write-offs. You need to keep track of what you earn and what you spend. That’s bookkeeping in a nutshell. It really is as simple as that.


Module 4 – Client Management:

In the fourth and final module we will discuss payment systems and practice automation. Client management systems (Scheduling Platforms & EHR’s) can be used to handle everything from payments and scheduling to notes and appointment reminders. You really can be a practice of one if you choose.
